Alice Porter is an experienced ER/HR practitioner with extensive experience working with employers of all sizes, including both the public and private sector. Her specialism is employment relations which includes addressing employment issues, legal compliance, mediation and dispute resolution, conducting investigations and bargaining with trade unions. She is an accredited mediator with the Resolution Institute and holds the CIPD Personnel Management PgDip from the UK.

Based in Wellington but operating throughout New Zealand, Alice enjoys the diversity that comes from working with a wide range of employers operating across a range of industries. Many employers initially seek assistance with an employment relations problem which once resolved can provide an opportunity to consider how to avoid similar problems arising in the future.
