Specialist ER and Change Services

We provide specialist ER and change services to medium - large employers who wish to engage us to support their in-house generalist HR team.

We have extensive experience providing in-house HR teams with specialist ER consulting services. Often busy HR teams don’t have the resources required to manage tricky ER issues within the immediate timeframe they frequently require. Complex ER issues don’t surface every day so it’s often not necessary to employ specialist ER staff within an in-house HR team. Having these services on call when you need them instead can be a sensible and cost effective alternative. Specialist services we offer include:

  • Investigation of employee complaints, particularly bullying and harassment allegations, and conducting disciplinary investigations.
  • Managing multiple issues with an employee (for example a disciplinary process where the employee has also raised a personal grievance).
